Refurbishment

PPE are a specialist company who have developed their skills working in the high pressure construction retail sector. Fast track turnaround and stringent time scales are areas that PPE has extensive experience within. We adapt to a project and provide a 24/7 approach in order to ensure the maximum refurbishment time is taken advantage off. Refurbishment requires fast track decisions that will provide the client with a quick development. We are specialists in working around people and their existing working environment. Offices, warehouses, shopping areas and eateries are all areas PPE have large amounts of experience working within.

The ability to enter an area, develop as required and to leave, with the minimum of impact is essential within refurbishment. Health and safety, Environment and aesthetics are paramount to a projects success and the ability to manage these areas and the refurbishment works, together, requires a specialist team.

Civil Engineering

PPE was formed with the experience and expertise of the former owner of Allen Civil Engineering. This has been transferred to our clients benefit on recent projects. We have the capability to deliver complex civil engineering projects. We believe that the appropriate skilled individuals mixed with the correct environment will help develop a team capable of delivering even the most complex of programmes. The correct attitude, attention to detail and commitment from the principal contractor will ensure a driven style of management that is a key component of any project.
